Reviewing the Quote

Within 1 – 2 business days your photo/s will be assessed for restoration and you’ll receive an obligation free quote for each photo in My Account (and by email). On accepting the restoration quote and making payment, the restoration process begins.

If the quote is not what you expected, you’re free to choose ‘decline’.

*Restoration quotes are valid for 28 days.

Remba Restoration

Photo restoration requires the eye of an artist and a great deal of patience. Your photo is reviewed by restoration specialists before being painstakingly recreated in every detail. And you’ll find that the results speak for themselves.

Remba Restoration

The restoration process for a single photo is normally completed in 2 – 3 weeks. For additional images or more complex restorations the process can take a little longer.

Once your restoration is complete, you’ll receive an electronic proof and an opportunity to review and confirm the result, before your order is finalised.

If the restoration needs a little personalisation, we take your feedback and make the final adjustments.

Our trained technicians use Adobe Photoshop software to scan, analyse, crop, rotate and colour enhance your digital images. This includes a range of proprietary tools developed to produce high quality digital images from your photos, slides and negatives.

When digitising photos, it pays to do it once and do it right. And for scanning, that means using the right equipment, software and proven techniques. To produce the best result, your photos are scanned using the highest quality commercial photo scanners from proven brands, including Kodak and Nikon. With industry leading technology and image processing, the results are razor sharp.

4. Do you store a back-up copy of my digital images?
With every order, we provide 30-day FREE back-up of your digital images from the day of dispatch. After 30 days, the images may be removed from our servers if required. Please contact us if you would like to keep your images stored on our secure servers for longer then 30 days.
