Track your photos from your hands to ours and through-out the order process.
My Account provides the live status of your order, an estimated completion date, and email notifications each step of the way.
And if you have a query or question, a member of the Remba Service Team will be available to provide assistance.

Live updates and order tracking are managed using an advanced barcode system. Your order scanned at each step of the process giving you up-to-date information on the progress.
Email notifications keep you up-to-date with progress:

Tip: After sending your order to Remba, update the status in My Account to "Photos Sent" and we'll monitor your photos from your hands to ours (when sent by registered post, platinum post or courier).

When your photo scanning is finalised, the images are uploaded to a private photo gallery, accessible in My Account.
To let you know when your photos are ready to be viewed, an email notification with a link to the gallery will arrive in your inbox.
The images are made available online for 30-days from finalisation of your order.

For photos in reasonable condition, free image enhancement will produce a great result. For those photos that have suffered damage or significant wear and tear, you might like to consider restoration to return these images to new.
In the Photo Gallery, you have the option to request an obligation free quote for restoration. See the brilliant results that can be achieved with digital restoration!
