2. What software do you use for photo scanning?: Our trained technicians use Adobe Photoshop software to scan, analyse, crop, rotate and colour enhance your digital images. This includes a range of proprietary tools developed to produce high quality digital images from your photos, slides and negatives.

3. What equipment do you use for scanning?: When digitising photos, it pays to do it once and do it right. And for scanning, that means using the right equipment, software and proven techniques. To produce the best result, your photos are scanned using the highest quality commercial photo scanners from proven brands, including Kodak and Nikon. With industry leading technology and image processing, the results are razor sharp.

4. Do you store a back-up copy of my digital images?: With every order, we provide 30-day FREE back-up of your digital images from the day of dispatch. After 30 days, the images may be removed from our servers if required. Please contact us if you would like to keep your images stored on our secure servers for longer then 30 days.

5. Can you send copies of the images to different addresses?: No. We send all original photos, slides and negatives back to the delivery address supplied with each order.
