- 1. How should I send my photos?
- After placing your order, pack your photos into a sturdy box and send them to the Remba Scanning Centre, via registered post, courier or drop them into a Remba agent.Learn more
- 2. How long will it take to scan my photos?
- Photo scanning orders are normally completed in 7 - 10 days following arrival at the Remba Scanning Centre. During peak periods and for larger orders, the scanning process can sometimes take a little longer.
- 3. Do you store a back-up copy of my digital images?
- With every order, we provide 30-day FREE back-up of your digital images from the day of dispatch. After 30 days, the images may be removed from our servers if required. Please contact us if you would like to keep your images stored on our secure servers for longer then 30 days.
- 4. Can you send copies of the images to different addresses?
- No. We send all original photos, slides and negatives back to the delivery address supplied with each order.
- 5. How long will it take to complete my photo restoration?
- Photo restorations are normally completed in 2 - 3 weeks following acceptance of the quotation. For additional images, or more complex restorations, it may take a little longer.
